Twitter is an American microblogging and social networking service on which users post and interact with messages known as "tweets". Registered users can post, like, and retweet tweets, but unregistered users can only read those that are publicly available. Users interact with Twitter through browser or mobile frontend software, or programmatically via its APIs.
Launch the Twitter app and find the video or Gif image you want to download, open the media and it will take up the entire screen. From the bottom of the screen, tap on the “Share” You’ll be given a list of options where you want to share this media file. Select “Video Downloader for Twitter”as your target.
Using the TwDown Site Open Twitter. Go to https://twitter.com/ in your computer's web browser. Find a video to download. Scroll through your Twitter feed until you find the tweet in which the video is embedded. Open the video. Click the "Play" button on the video to open and begin playing the video.
