A DBQ is a questionnaire that C&P doctors use during your exam. It’s a VA form and there DBQ’s for all kinds of conditions - PTSD, foot condition, sleep apnea, etc etc. you can also find these DBQ’s on google if google “VA DBQ ptsd”. Anyways... it’s most likely the VA reviewing the C&P review.
