The DBPR published on their website the result of the HOA registration campaign. As you all know, House Bill 7119 created the provision ( see below ) that requires all HOAs to register on a website created by the DBPR.

What to do if your HOA board violates Florida law?
For you people in Florida if you don’t like the law that protects you (or doesn’t as the case may be) band together and find a sympathetic legislator to write some teeth into the statutes. Think of all the Associations you have in the state writing for reform at the same time.
