Try checking with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address, and around your property in the off chance it may have been left in an unusual place. Am very disappointed. 1000bulbs.com UNSATISFACTORY AND… I ordered "KLUS" aluminum profile, the order total was about $1700. The shipping for the order was $750. and there was ZERO packing material in the box. Aluminum profile banging around in a box together causes scratches and scuffs.
Consumers would be hard pressed not to be impressed by the wide array of lighting products available from 1000Bulbs. That said: Their shipping is exorbitant. Their preferred shipper appears to be FedEx, who is notorious for bungled on-time deliveries.
I placed an order with 1000Bulbs on 4/22/21, all good. Per FedEx, the order was to be received 4/26/21. Not to be, SHOULD I receive per FedEx's unreliable scheduling advice, it will be 16 days from date order was place. 1000Bulbs does not stand by their customers, their attitude appears to be "out of our purvue, it's your problem now."
